On the other hand, if the Software is a generic loan calculator then the user may enter loan data such as loan interest rate and loan amount where this information is Non-PII and can't be directly tied to the user.
PII and Non-PII may be entered as user input to the various functions and features of the Software. This user data entry into the Software is strictly voluntary and at the discretion of the user.
Our Software does not share any of your PII or your Non-PII. It is only collected and used within the context of the Software during the execution of the Software by the user and the functions and features that are selected by the user. The user has complete control over entering this information.

Upon initial startup of the Software, generic or hypothetical default data is loaded into the Software which is not related to any users PII. When the user enters their PII and Non-PII based on the functions they select, that information is stored in the local computer file system. Upon exit from the Software, no information is permanently retained or shared with anyone. Upon executing the Software again, the Software reads the saved information from the local computer file system so the user can continue to operate the program with their saved information and data.
